live 和 stay 都可以表達住，但是使用的場合完全不同。

live 的意思是長期居住在某地，這個地方常常是一個人的家庭住址或者定居的城市。

因而 live in hotel 的含義是長期住酒店，只住幾天不可以說 live in hotel。
