Since this year， Linyi County has given priority to supervising the construction of the “heartwarming canteen” to focus on the needs of the aged， the left behind elderly and the disabled and promote the construction of the “heartwarming canteen” project with high standards。

In order to build a “heartwarming canteen”， Linyi County has organized caring enterprises， public welfare organizations and volunteers to towns （streets） and villages （communities） to investigate situations on the elderly， the collective economy and the basic demand background to solve the lunch problem of the empty-nest elderly， the advanced ages and disabled elderly relying on the existing star happiness hospital， “Rukang Home” and other projects。

So far， there have been 30 “heartwarming canteens” in Linyi County， which have solved the food problem of the left-behind elderly。

齊魯網·閃電新聞11月8日訊 今年以來，臨邑縣把建設“暖心食堂”列入重點督導事項，聚焦老年人、留守老人和殘疾人需求，高標準推進“暖心食堂”工程建設。

為建設好“暖心食堂”，臨邑縣組織愛心企業、公益組織和志願者深入鄉鎮（街道）、村莊（社群）調查瞭解老年人情況、集體經濟狀況和基本需求底數，依託現有星級幸福院、“如康家園”等專案，解決空巢、高齡、失能老人的午餐問題。

截至目前，臨邑縣“暖心食堂”已建有30處，解決了留守老人的吃飯問題。
