擺脫是什麼意思

help 是“幫助”的意思，help someone 是“幫助某人”的意思，後面加了out， help someone out 的意思是“幫助某人解決問題，幫忙擺脫困境”。

Shoot！ I guess I blew it。 Can you please help me out of this mess that I got myself into？

- 糟糕！我想我搞砸了。你能幫我解決一下被我搞得一團糟的事情嗎？

- Okay。 It‘s no big deal。 Just keep your shirt on。 We’ve got plenty of time to figure it out。
